Wm. (Bart) Highers

Mr. Highers is a 1990 graduate of Gallatin High School, a 1995 graduate of the University of Charleston, South Carolina, and a 2001 graduate of the Nashville School of Law.



Mr. Highers began his legal career with the firm of Phillips & Ingrum in 1995 and practiced there until 2004 when he founded the firm of Trull & Highers in the firm's present location.



Mr. Highers practices all manner of civil and criminal law, with particular emphasis on business formation and dissolution, contract disputes, construction litigation, and family law matters.

Joseph B. (Jack) Freedle

 

Mr. Freedle is a 1990 graduate of Portland High School, a 1994 graduate of the University of Memphis, and a 2002 graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law.  



Prior to attending law school, he served in the United States Marine Corps from 1994-1999.  After law school, Mr. Freedle served as a military attorney and prosecutor in the United States Air Force from 2002-2007.



Mr. Freedle has had the honor of serving on the board of directors for The Farmers Bank since 2012, He is also a charter member for the Portland Preservation Foundation.
